Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This policy explains how House of Silver AB (“House of Silver”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We keep data collection to the minimum we need to run the site and respond to enquiries.

Who we are

House of Silver AB is the data controller for the personal data described here.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use cookies. We set no tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies, which is why you won’t see a cookie-consent banner.

We use your browser’s sessionStorage for two small things. Both stay in your browser, are cleared the moment you close the tab, and are never used to identify or track you:

  • whether the short demo of the AI Readiness dials has already played during your visit;
  • your AI Readiness results, once you turn a dial yourself: the five dial values, your score, your tier, and the area to focus on first. They let the contact form offer to include them, and bring your dials back if you reload the page. We only see them if you choose to send them with the contact form.

Microsoft Bookings, where you can pick a time for a call, runs on Microsoft’s own website and may use its own cookies there, under Microsoft’s privacy statement.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form. We collect the name, email address, and company you provide, your message, which of our services you’re interested in, and whether you asked to book a call or sent a message. If you leave “Include my readiness results” ticked, we also receive your AI Readiness results (score, tier, focus area, and the five dial values). We use this to respond to your enquiry and to prepare for our conversation. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request prior to any engagement.

When you book a call. Choosing “Book a call” sends us the details above first, then opens Microsoft Bookings in a new tab, where you pick a time. Bookings collects what you enter there, such as your name and email address, to schedule the meeting and send you a confirmation. The lawful basis is the same as for the contact form.

Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymised traffic (such as which pages are viewed and how often each free resource is downloaded). It is cookieless and does not build a profile of you or track you across other websites. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.

Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider may briefly process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages securely and prevent abuse.

Service providers we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We rely on a small number of processors who handle data on our behalf, under their own terms and security measures:

  • Vercel: hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics described above, processed in its Stockholm (EU) region.
  • Web3Forms: delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Microsoft: provides our email and calendar (Microsoft 365), where contact-form messages arrive, and Microsoft Bookings, where you book a call.

Our hosting and analytics are processed within the EU. Where another provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form correspondence and call bookings only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which they are deleted. Readiness results kept in your browser are cleared when you close the tab. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised and is not tied to you.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@houseofsilver.ai and we’ll respond within the timeframes the law requires.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY) at imy.se.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
