Solve what matters.
Make it stick.

Three pillars. One full-stack offer for AI adoption.

Advisory & Coaching

What to do, and what not to.

  1. Start: AI Strategy Day

Your leaders and the people closest to the work, in one room. Leave with a 90-day plan everyone owns.

  2. Ongoing: Fractional AI Lead

Governance, momentum, and a senior partner your leaders can lean on.

Training & Enablement

Get your people ready to do it.

  1. Start: Team Workshop

Hands-on, with your own tools and your real work. Your team leaves already using AI on tasks that matter.

  2. Ongoing: AI Champions Program

I train and coach a small group of your people. They carry adoption across the firm.

Sovereign Development

Build the foundation.

  1. Start: Data & Process

We map where your data lives and how your work flows, coming out with a plan on where to focus.

  2. Ongoing: Foundation Build

Scoped from the map. I help your team build the first tools, then hand over the keys.

You have enough in place to run a focused pilot. Rolling AI out across the firm will take work on the area below first.

Focus area: Data Quality

Start with your data. Pick the information your firm reuses most, such as past proposals or project specs, and find out where it lives and how it is named. Sorting out that one set does more for AI than any new tool.

Built by someone who has done the work.

Erik started his professional career as an electrical engineer in Stockholm, and has spent more than a decade as the person firms turn to when a new tool and a new way of working have to land. He led the rollout of a new design platform, built digital twins for critical infrastructure in the process industry, and spent four years in New York at an architectural lighting firm, where he founded the BIM practice and went on to lead the firm’s AI work as Associate Director.

He founded House of Silver in 2026 on one observation: the tools are ready, most organizations are not. He works with leaders and teams together to close that gap, and leaves behind a way of working that holds long after he steps back.

Track record

“What stood out to me was his bottom-up approach, understanding the team's everyday challenges and exploring where AI could make a meaningful difference. Erik brings people along through change, and I'd enthusiastically recommend him to any organization looking to make AI a practical, valuable part of how they work.”

Ridima Jain

Founder, Ridezign

“In my experience working with Erik, he is technically skilled and naturally curious, someone who isn't satisfied with just solving the task. He takes it further, and he has a way of inspiring others along the way.”

Ornamo Malke

Project Manager, Rejlers

“With a keen eye towards efficiency, Erik streamlined our documentation and design process with templates, scripts and time-saving tools, allowing our designers to focus on what matters: design. He showed strong leadership, motivating our staff to think outside the box and proactively identifying areas for improvement, and was instrumental in advancing HLB's foothold in AI in the AEC industry.”
